Client Service Agreement

This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Gessica Cleaning Services ("Company") and the client ("Client").

By scheduling or receiving services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

🏠 1. Services Provided

Gessica Cleaning Services agrees to provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services selected by the Client, including but not limited to:

  • Standard Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
  • Office Cleaning
  • Add-On Services

Services will be completed to the best of the Company's professional ability.

🔒 7. Lockout Fees

If the cleaning team arrives on time and is unable to enter the property due to no access, missing keys, or unresponsive client, a lockout fee will apply:

  • $50 for residential
  • $75 for commercial

The appointment may be rescheduled at the Client's expense and subject to availability.

📅 2. Scheduling & Access

The Client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If the cleaning team is unable to enter the property, a lockout fee may apply.

🏅 8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If the Client is dissatisfied with any area cleaned, they must notify Gessica Cleaning Services within 24 hours of service completion. The Company will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

💵 3. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods are:
    • Zelle
    • Cash App
    • Cash
  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book all cleaning services.
  • Deposits are applied toward the total service balance.
🛡️ 9. Safety & Conditions

The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond normal cleaning conditions.

Examples include: pest infestations, biohazards, dangerous chemicals, aggressive animals, or unsafe environments.

🕐 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 75% of the scheduled service amount.
  • No-call/no-show appointments may be charged the full service amount.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25.
📋 10. Damages & Liability

Gessica Cleaning Services will exercise care while cleaning the property.

The Client agrees to:

  • Secure valuables and fragile items
  • Report any damages or concerns within 24 hours

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Improperly installed items
  • Normal wear and tear
5. Last-Minute Add-On Services

Additional services requested on the day of the appointment are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Final pricing will be confirmed before work is performed.

🐾 11. Pet Policy

Pets should be secured if they may interfere with cleaning services or create unsafe conditions.

6. Heavily Soiled Areas

Properties that are excessively dirty, cluttered, or not maintained may require additional time and effort.

An additional cleaning fee may apply. The Client will be notified and must approve any extra charges before work continues.

📷 12. Photos & Marketing

With Client permission, before-and-after photos may be taken for quality assurance and marketing purposes. Personal or identifying information will never be shared without consent.

🚫 13. Service Limitations

Cleaning services do not include: mold remediation, hoarding cleanup, heavy lifting, exterior/high-rise window cleaning, or hazardous waste removal unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

14. Agreement

By booking services with Gessica Cleaning Services,
the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
